We joined Grandmaster Dong in presenting representatives from the Children’s Hospital Foundation a check for $101,352 raised through the annual charity event. This brings the grand total to an incredible $977,585!! What a great day for following our student oath, “We will use what we learn to help ourselves and others.”

March 9, 2024 - Our annual "Kicking for Carteret Kids" event raised $1,793 for the Carteret County Children's Advocacy Center. Students had a great time with friends and earned points for forms, sparring, board breaking, and knowledge questions. Several of our Homeschooled Martial Arts students attended a Prom together on Monday, May 6, 2024 at the Meadows Farm and Venue hosted by Go Forth Carolina. They stopped by the school, broke boards in their beautiful dresses and headed off together for a great evening of friendship and dancing.
We offer Homeschool martial arts classes four days a week.
May 1st was "Lei Day" and our students celebrated the coming of warmer weather with tropical themed attire at our Hawaiian Day Classes. It's also a great reminder that our classes are available year round!
On Wednesday, April 10th we celebrated National Siblings Day! Our students were able to invite their brothers and sisters to take class alongside them. Those siblings who were not already students earned their White Belts at the end of class. "The family that kicks together, sticks together!"
Children enjoyed an evening of games, a movie, No Name Pizza, ice cream, and lots of fun with friends during our Valentine's Parent Night Out event.

Homeschool families.... We now offer day classes 4 days each week. Homeschool classes taught by a homeschool family. Monday - Thursday from 12:00 -12:45.

Demonstration by Parker Moody to begin our Power Breaking Seminar today. Parker is from the Wilson, NC branch and is a multi-time World Champion and holder of two World Records.
Some of our students had the opportunity to learn Power Breaking tips and techniques from World Champion and Record Holder Parker Moody at our seminar. It was so awesome to see these students challenge themselves as they all set new personal records with breaks. Hearing their classmates and the spectators cheer them on made for a very positive and uplifting experience!
We have had a lot of fun introducing our new interactive training tools to our students over the last few weeks. These new lighted pods have been a fun addition as they help train balance, coordination, reaction time, speed, agility and more.
September 2021 - New students had an opportunity to break their first board during our Confidence Clinic
August 2021 - We finished off our summer with a Camp set in a Galaxy Far, Far Away! There were galactic visitors, arts and crafts and themed martial arts lessons.

Three of our Morehead City instructors were honored to receive awards at the World Martial Arts Grandmasters Federation ceremony in Manassas, VA. The event on October 19 was attended by Grandmasters from many countries and different martial arts styles.
